Project Scope
DEFINE & EXPLORATION
Together with Leflair stakeholders and leaders, we completed a 3-week discovery and define phase to rethink what’s relevant for Leflair’s target audience and design direction. As a result, we are able to establish a design standard that can be at par with the best eCommerce platforms in SEA and at the same time, increase customer engagement which resulted to better revenue.
In absence of a product manager, I was given the opportunity to step up and lead the product team to conduct research & analysis, define problem statements & solutions, as well as prioritize features according to impact vs nice to haves.
Tasks:
Research & Data Analysis | UX Strategy | Feature Prioritization | Usability Audit | Market Analysis
DESIGN
Leading the product design, I had the privilege to work with a team of strategists, designers and leaders across Ho Chi Minh, Singapore and Manila office. The goal was to create their very first mobile application which offers exclusive deals. We aimed to convert Leflair’s website users to mobile app users. Another crucial part of our task is to create and define reusable components to improve development efficiency.
Tasks:
User Journey Mapping | Interactive Wireframes | Component Library | Visual Design | Presentations for handovers | Design Testing | Banner Designs | Design Documentation
MAINTENANCE & CONSISTENCY
I was also given the opportunity to lead all designers from other teams (marketing and production graphic designers and copy writers) across all our SEA offices to maintain consistency across all mediums and assets. One part of our task is to establish Leflair’s Corporate Branding which resulted to an increase in merchant partnership and quality talent acquisition.
Tasks:
Design Direction | Brand Guideline Revision | Banner Templates | Email Templates | Corporate Branding | Pitch Decks | Design QC
