SoPa Loyalty App (Original Concept)
Role: Chief Product Officer
The original concept of SoPa loyalty is providing point based loyalty wallet eco-system which will be developed over hyperledger environment, where consumers can access or get benefits in Society points in every action over Society Pass acquired subsidiaries covering 5 verticals: Lifestyle, Travel, Telco/eSim, Food & Beverage and Digital Media.
It also offers great deals that allow users to monetize social activities and get more out of their network and digital connections and influence.
Project Scope
DEFINE
We completed a three week define and strategy phase to establish SoPa Loyalty App's creative vision and goal. The original features of the SoPa Loyalty app is to offer a membership where each tier offers enticing packages which would beneficial for the users. Aside from the traditional loyalty program that offers vouchers, we would want users to get an exclusive pass on events, limited edition cards that is tied up with our partner brands, and even earn tokenize Society Points so users would be able to earn something in every purchase within the SoPa Ecosystem.

DESIGN
Being the group Chief Product Officer of Society Pass, I had the privilege lead and manage the whole design process and strategy of SoPa Loyalty App with the help of our skilled UI/UX Designer, Product Manager, and Developers in Manila, Delhi and Singapore offices. In compliance with the product requirements, I divided the design tasks for Look & Feel study, Card Design studies and Wireframes all in parallel while I rolled up my sleeves and jumped in to establish the user journey, component library and design criteria.

CORPORATE WEBSITE
Before I got promoted as group CPO, I was tasked to spearhead the revamp of the new Society Pass Corporate Website (https://thesocietypass.com) in preparation for Nasdaq IPO last October 2021. I also had the opportunity to improve SoPa's corporate branding and collaterals given to establish the company's competence and most importantly, credibility. At that time, all designers has been assigned to other projects so I rolled up my sleeves once again and designed the corporate website in collaboration with our group CMO at that time to manage the content hierarchy.
